伊朗Rabi椰枣为半干型的枣子，可以放置在室温下保存。该椰枣为为深色，几乎为黑色，微微透着暗红色光芒。
Rabi椰枣大小不一。优质的Rabi椰枣大约为4-5厘米，枣核可以很容易去掉。还有一种个头更小更干的Rabi椰枣。这一品种的枣甜度刚好，煮熟味道更好。

Rabbi date is semiarid so it can be kept at room temperature. This date has got dark colored, almost black but a little red, and shiny.
Rabbi dates are in different sizes. Of good quality has about 4 to 5 cm long and its core can be easily brought. Another variety of Rabbi is smaller and much drier. This date has moderate sweetness and flavor is such that if it is roasted.
